It's a good place to explore Rouen. The hotel is about 20 min from the city centre, sono car is needed. If you want to go to surrounding areas, you will need a car, but a motorway is within easy reach from the hotel.

Staff were accommodating with Gluten Free breakfast, extra pillow's as 2 of us are disabled and were in a lot of pain after a 9 hour drive, even gave us options of watching the football in the bar. Friendly staff, comfy bed and parking.

Lovely friendly check in, unfortunately I didn’t get his name, he was so lovely, informative and helpful. He seemed to be the only one working the reception and bar as well as doing other jobs. But he was very attentive, an asset to the Ibis

The staff were excellent, very helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and adequately turned out. There is plenty of choice for breakfast and at an affordable price. Overall excellent.

Good location, as always very comfortable and simple but good rooms and beds. Good French breakfast and plenty to eat. Having parking in secure place right by hotel was good for direct access to car.

The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff were very friendly. We had a nice view out the back from our room. We had the breakfast which was excellent. A nice hotel and a fairly short walk to the promenade running along the side of the Seine where there are plenty of restaurants and bars to visit.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable room, with good facilities and an excellent breakfast. Good value for money. The view from my room wasn't exactly the French Riviera, but that's not what I was there for! My friend's room, on the other side of the hotel had a better view. About a 10 minute walk to the Seine and another 5 minutes into town.

Easy to find the hotel. Secure parking. Good size of room. Good size of bathroom. Good cleanliness. Good staff.

There was no food available due to are stay being on a Sunday night, wasn't informed about any breakfast times, but there was a restaurant about 25 minutes walk away. Room was very basic but clean, but there was no kettle in room to make a hot drink.
